Branding Packs

A little bit of detail that really adds to your gameplay.

NEW! South Western Railway Ex South West Trains Class 175 Coradia

After the release of the South West Trains Class 175 Coradia reskin, I had the idea of adding SWR logos to this reskin for gameplay of scenarios taken place after SWR took over from SWT in 2017. This branding pack adds South Western Railway logos to the South West Trains Class 175. Two quick-drive consists are included with 2 and 3 coach unit formations.

Requires: South West Trains Class 175 Coradia reskin from the South West Trains page or Semaphore Simulations.

East Midlands Railway Assorted Turbostars

The Class 170 Turbostar is now available in 3 liveries with EMR Regional branding covering trains transferred to East Midlands Railway from Southern and Transport for Wales during late 2022; as well as a CrossCountry Class 170 used in the summer of 2022. The former Southern units were Class 171s with Dellner couplings which meant they gained the 170/9 subclass until they got BSI couplings reinstated. The Class 170 Turbostars are part of EMR's plan to standardise the regional fleet.

Central Trains Class 170

As the Class 170 Turbostars were introduced by Central Trains from 1999 onwards, initial units of the class carried the Central Trains phone number "0870 000 60 60". By 2003, the phone number decals were replaced with the "www.centraltrains.co.uk" web address. This brought along a more consistent look across the whole Central Trains fleet. This pack adds the Central Trains phone number decals to the Central Trains Class 170. Two quick-drive consists are also provided.

South West Trains Class 43

This pack adds South West Trains branding to the East Midlands Trains HST. Believe it or not, this was a real thing in the summer of 2014. An HST set was used as part of the Swanage Samaritan railtour fundraiser for the Samaritans charity, which ran from Sheffield to Swanage and the return trip. This railtour was organised between South West Trains, East Midlands Trains, Network Rail and the Swanage Railway.

Requires: European Loco & Asset Pack* from Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/208300/Train_Simulator_European_Loco__Asset_Pack/

AND Class 43 (VP185)/Mk3 Enhancement Pack from Armstrong Powerhouse: https://www.armstrongpowerhouse.com/enhancements/locomotive/class_43_vp185-mk3_enhancement_pack

Notes: Only 1 power-car (43064) and 3 Mk3 coaches had South West Trains branding. However, all coaches and power-cars carry SWT branding to provide a more flexible in-game experience. The TRFB vehicle and the passenger view retain East Midlands Trains branding.

First Great Western Ex First TransPennine Express Class 170

Since creating the First Great Western and Great Western Railway liveries for the Turbostar, I've always wanted to see a First Great Western Dynamic Lines variant. So this fictional pack makes that a reality (in the fictional world!). This adds First Great Western branding to the First TransPennine Express Class 170. In addition to the branding, a comprehensive list of West of England based destinations is included as well as two quick-drive consists.
